By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

You must be at least 19 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to use our services in your jurisdiction

• You are not prohibited from using our services under any applicable law

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You may not use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

In no event shall Win-BGCSF, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Alberta. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
